Campus at Pendle Hill
Pendle Hill Campus

Dear Friends,

This is a landmark year for the Friends Conference on Religion and Psychology.  After more than twenty-five years at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA, our conference will return to Pendle Hill, the Quaker retreat center near Swarthmore, PA, where some of our earliest conferences gathered.

Last year at this time, we reached out to you asking for support, and we raised close to $2,000, which provided FCRP scholarships to more than a dozen Friends requiring assistance.

As we approach the 76th conference, we are once again asking for your help with scholarships.

Last year, many of you gave in honor of someone, and that individual was acknowledged in the beautiful program created by Sandy Strunk and her niece Aimee Strunk. The program was such a success that Sandy has offered to create another for FCRP’s 2018 May conference.

We encourage you to give a donation in honor of someone who has supported your spiritual journey—either a past conference member or someone special in your life.  Once again we will acknowledge in our May conference program  the individual in whose honor you have given along with–if you so wish–a brief statement about why this person has been important to you.

To have your acknowledgement included in the program, your donation must be received prior to April 27, 2018.

Scroll down to donate by credit card on line.

You can note the name of the individual you would like honored in the program in the purpose field on the PayPal page.

Alternately, you can send a check or money order made out to FCRP or the Friends Conference on Religion and Psychology to:

Annilee Oppenheimer, FCRP Treasurer
8306 Turnberry Court
Potomac, MD 20854

Please include the acknowledgement you would like to see in print with your donation.

We are excited by the promise of a warm and inspirational gathering to mark the 76th Friends Conference on Religion and Psychology. And we hope that you will consider supporting the work that we do—and that we know you value—by helping someone who would like to join us and needs our assistance.

We look forward to seeing you on Memorial Day weekend.
With Friendship and gratitude,

Mara Fallon and Gary Soulsman, Co-Clerks, Friends Conference on Religion and Psychology
