GENERAL INFORMATION
WHEN:
Begins: Friday evening, May 23 with dinner at 6 p.m., followed by the first Plenary Session at 7:30 p.m.
Ends: Monday, May 26 with the closing ceremony, followed by lunch at 12:30
FEES:
Air-conditioned dorm:
$360 single occupancy
Non air-conditioned dorm:
$290 double occupancy
$320 single occupancy
Fee covers three nights lodging, all meals, and attendance at all activities.
Bring your own bedding & linens [sheets, blanket, pillow, pillowcase, and towels] to reduce fees by $15.
$190 commuter with lunch and dinner
PLEASE NOTE
This year all double occupancy rooms will be in Vickroy, which is neither air-conditioned nor handicap accessible. The only air-conditioned option available is single occupancy in Dellinger. Dellinger consists of suites of four single rooms which share a bath, and there is also an elevator. The lounge in Vickroy will provide a gathering place for those who want to drop in for tea or coffee and treats.
SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship funds are available on request to those who need financial assistance to attend the Conference.
Requests for financial assistance should be made by e-mail to the Registrar before completing the Registration Form. Requests are strictly confidential.
Scholarship recipients may be asked to assist with chores during the conference.
Please consider contributing any amount to our scholarship fund which has helped many attend FCRP over the years. Contributions are tax deductible.
MEMBERSHIP
You become a member of FCRP when you register. Membership gives you year-round borrowing privileges from the Dora Wilson Collection and the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting Library. You also receive early notice of the Conference next spring.
You can stay on our mailing list and maintain membership in FCRP if you don't attend by registering for “Membership only” and paying a $15 fee.
THE DORA WILLSON LIBRARY
Your FCRP membership entitles you to borrow books and audiotapes from the Dora Willson Collection, now part of the PYM Library. Selected books will be available for borrowing at the Conference. Others can be ordered from the PYM library. Contact:

REGISTRATION
Deadline: Monday, May 12.
To register after May 12, contact the Registrar.
There is no registration at the door.
Cancellations:
If you cancel before the registration deadline, all but your $15 membership fee will be returned.
After that date refunds will be at the discretion of the Registrar.
OTHER MATTERS
If you need physical assistance, please let the Registrar know.
Small Groups are intended as a personal growth experience, not as therapy.
If you fail to return your room key, you will be asked to pay the $30 fine charged by the college.
FCRP cannot be responsible for personal property.
YOU MAY WANT TO BRING:

EVENING DIVERSIONS
Contradancing
Saturday evening you will have the opportunity to try your hand (and feet) at contradancing. We have arranged the music, as well as a caller. Be sure to pack your swirly skirts [gals] and shirts [guys], your dancing shoes, your fiddle, guitar, or banjo if you want to add to the music, and lots and lots of energy.
Talent Show
Sunday evening there will be an Open Mic Talent Show. Bring your musical instruments, favorite songs or poems, juggling tools, etc.
