Location
Claggett Center is located in Frederick County near Buckeystown, MD.

Accommodations
We have reserved three buildings at the Center. Each room has either two or three single beds. Some of the rooms are on the second floor. We will assign two people to a room as far as space permits.
Please indicate on the registration form if you will accept three people to a room, and if you need a first floor room.
Schedule
The first plenary session begins at 7:30 PM, Friday, February 24, 2011, and ends Sunday after lunch.
Each of the three Plenary and Interest Group sessions are 1½ hours. The Plenary sessions will take place in a meeting room on the lower level of Doll Cottage.
You may arrive anytime after 4 PM. Adequate parking is available.

Meals
Meals will be provided buffet style by the Claggett Center in the Sugarloaf Dining Hall.
Please note: Friday evening dinner will be served from 6:15 to 7:00 PM. Food will not be available after the dining room closes.
What to Bring
Bring a cup or mug for drinks, warm clothes, a flashlight, journal writing or note-taking materials, and a percussion instrument (if you have one) for group drumming.
Each building has a refrigerator where you may keep your own snacks or special foods if you wish. No liquor or pets permitted.
Fee
$250 Includes lodging for two nights and six meals.
